Cutting food into small bits may help you lose weight
Wanna lose your flab?? Then cut your food into quarters before taking a bite. Researchers have found that people eat less when presented with several small pieces of food rather than the large one, even when the two contain the same number of calories. Now you may be asking a question why is this so, but researchers believe that its all about the optical illusion, with the brain and belly being fooled into thinking that a bar of chocolate broken into pieces is bigger than one that remains whole.
